We track and log every item of lost property that we receive, and we make every effort to trace each item back to its owner. Each item is stored for 30 days. If no contact is made or the item is not collected within this period, we donate the lost property to local charity shops in the surrounding area. We take no responsibility for items of lost property.

Unfortunately, only guide dogs & hearing dogs may travel on the vehicle & must remain secured and under control of the owner throughout the journey.
